Dental Administrator – The Parks Dental Practice, Hull
We are looking for a friendly and organised Dental Administrator to join our team at The Parks Central Clinics in Hull. This is a great opportunity to become part of a premium, 5-surgery private clinic with an excellent reputation for providing the highest quality dental care.
The Role:
- Fridays 8:30am – 4:30pm (7.5 hours, with an unpaid 30 minute lunch break)
- With the opportunity of one additional day per week on a regular basis (this day may vary).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the phone in a polite and timely manner
- Booking and amending appointments in-person and over the phone
- Welcoming patients on arrival and informing clinicians promptly
- Handling patient enquiries in person, by phone, or via email
- Sending patient communications via their preferred method
- Taking payments and completing end-of-day cashing up
- Ordering supplies as required for your role
- General administrative duties including scanning and photocopying
- Maintaining accurate and secure patient records
- Being the first point of contact for complaints and directing them appropriately
- Supporting the Clinic with any ad hoc administrative requirements
