As a Talent Partner, you will play an important role in supporting our growing network of clinics by attracting exceptional people and ensuring our recruitment approach reflects our culture of CARE. A key focus of the role will be recruiting clinical roles within healthcare, while partnering with operational leaders to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a true talent partner
  • Partner with operational leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs across your region
  • Provide insight and guidance to support effective hiring decisions
  • Attract and engage talent
  • Lead recruitment for clinical roles within our healthcare clinics, including dentists and hygienists
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, social platforms and industry networks
  • Support hiring across a growing multi-site organisation
  • Deliver a great candidate experience
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial engagement through to offer
  • Conduct structured screening conversations to assess capability and cultural alignment
  • Ensure candidates experience a professional, engaging journey with Envisage
  • Support a scaling organisation
  • Use recruitment data and market insight to identify trends and opportunities
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes as the business continues to grow
  • Support offer discussions and negotiations where required
