Orthodontic Therapist to join our award‑winning, fully private, patient‑focused team.

The practice is fully digital, with 3 intra-oral scanners, allowing you to focus on high-quality clinical care.
About The Role
Due to growth and expansion of our orthodontic and aligner programme, we are seeking an additional confident, skilled, progressive Orthodontic Therapist who is passionate about transforming smiles, enhancing patient confidence and raising the standard of orthodontic care.
You will work closely with Dr Bim Sawhney, the Orthodontic & Clinical Lead (and Clinical Mentor for IAS) and wider clinical team to deliver outstanding orthodontic care in a modern, digital, supportive, and forward‑thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality orthodontic treatment under the prescription of Dr Bim Sawhney
- Working in a relaxed, fully private practice, with no stress
- Mixed Clinical and Administrative role
- Mainly supporting adult treatments including Invisalign, fixed appliances, fixed & removable retainers
- Small, but growing, list of child patients
- Assisting in the planning and workflows of both Invisalign and Fixed Appliances
- Competent using intraoral scanners, taking clinical photographs, using the Invisalign portal and all aspects of clinical orthodontic work
- Deliver exceptional patient communication, education, and chair side experience
- Monitor patient progress and maintain meticulous clinical records and uphold the highest standards of cross‑infection control
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
- What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a therapist with ideally at least 2 years of post‑qualification experience who enjoys delivering excellent patient care and takes pride in their clinical standards.
Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach are essential, as you will be working closely with both patients and colleagues.
