Carisbrooke Dental Practice is looking for a passionate, clinically ambitious Associate Dentist to join our established private and specialist practice on a full-time Monday - Friday, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced private dentist who is looking to develop their career within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced specialists and general practitioners, providing comprehensive treatment plans and delivering high-quality patient care.
The role would particularly suit a dentist with a strong interest in complex restorative and multidisciplinary dentistry, who is keen to continue developing their clinical skills and knowledge.

Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a dentist who:
- GDC registration with UK education and qualifications
- Extensive evidence of experience within the UK, ideally within private dentistry
- Clinically ambitious and committed to delivering excellent dentistry
- Keen interest in complex restorative dentistry
- Committed to continued professional development and further education
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proactive, motivated and a strong team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience
- Takes pride in the quality of their clinical work
- Has a patient-centred and ethical approach to care
