Join Our Team at Guildford Dental Centre - Dental Receptionist (Part-Time, Fixed-Term)

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Guildford Dental Centre on a part-time basis. This is a fixed-term contract, with potential opportunities to join the wider business permanently for the right person.

Role Details

  • Schedule: 3 days per week – Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: A well-established private four-surgery practice opposite Guildford train station – ideal for commuters
  • Contract: Fixed-term end date Friday 28 August 2026

Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous dental or healthcare reception experience preferred, but not essential for the right candidate with strong admin and people skills
  • Someone confident managing bookings, handling patient queries, supporting the clinical team, and keeping front desk operations running smoothly
  • A great communicator who brings a calm, professional approach to a busy environment
