You’ll be leading a bright, airy 6-surgery private practice set in beautiful grounds in a detached building designed specifically for dentistry. Located on the edge of Ashdown Forest, the practice offers a calm, professional environment that doesn’t feel rushed or chaotic. Inside, everything is modern, spacious, and well organised, with established systems that allow you to focus on leading people rather than constantly fixing problems. You’ll have the space to bring your own style, build strong relationships with your team, and keep standards high without burning yourself out. This is a practice where teamwork matters, with on-site parking and easy transport links.
Role availability: full-time Clinic Manager, Monday to Friday, offering a varied and hands-on leadership role.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, while also keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Your role will balance people management, operational oversight, and commercial awareness, making sure the practice continues to run efficiently and grow sustainably.
