The Role – Dental Receptionist

As a Dental Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone
  • Booking, confirming, and managing patient appointments
  • Answering patient queries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
  • Working closely with the clinical and administrative team
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and handling basic administration tasks
