Job Description Senior Business Development Manager- London £60,000-£80,000 (DOE) A client of ours is looking for senior BDM’s with experience within the C&I solar / storage sector or heat pumps for non-domestic projects. you will be responsible for driving growth and winning new business within these areas. The Role: • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on securing new clients in commercial and industrial sectors for solar, battery storage, and heat pump solutions. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your network, market research, and industry knowledge. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in local authorities, government bodies, commercial enterprises, and industrial organisations. • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including client presentations, negotiations, contract management, and closing deals. • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the renewable energy sector. • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets Requirements: 3 or more years as a BDM in renewables Proven track record in business development or sales within the renewable energy sector
