Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for sustainability and business growth? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, drive sponsorship revenue, and manage high-impact business development within the biogas and environmental sectors.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and execute a data-driven sales strategy focused on long-term growth and commercial sustainability.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals (5–6 figures).
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team with a target-driven, collaborative culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, marketing, and events teams to maximise impact.
- Represent the organisation at conferences, industry events, and stakeholder meetings.
What we're looking for:
- 5–8 years of senior sales leadership experience, ideally in renewables, trade associations, or membership-based sectors.
- Proven track record in driving revenue performance and building strategic partnerships.
