With strong ongoing expansion, we're now growing our London team and searching for an energetic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to come on board.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and nurturing strong partnerships with both new and existing clients
- Identifying, interviewing, and successfully placing top-tier candidates
- Overseeing job postings and maintaining active candidate pipelines
- Securing new business and expanding existing accounts through outstanding service and regular, proactive communication
- Handling contract negotiations while offering continued guidance and support to both schools and placed staff
