A renowned renewable energy industry membership association based in Central London is looking for a Policy Lead to join a dedicated team working at the forefront of the renewable energy sector.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a groundbreaking project in developing one of the world's first standardized regulatory frameworks within the industry. As Policy Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a comprehensive, energy-specific regulatory framework that will support international efforts in renewable energy, waste management, environmental quality, and health & safety.

You’ll work closely with global stakeholders, including government bodies, industry experts, and association members, while collaborating with our team to drive the project forward.

  • Lead the creation of the standardized regulatory framework.
  • Conduct policy and regulatory research on renewable energy, waste management, and environmental standards.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Present updates and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, public policy, or related field.

  • Leadership / Management / Mentoring experience.
