Previous IT / Cybersecurity Account Management experience is essential.

Are you an experienced MSP Account Director or Strategic IT Account Manager who thrives on building long-term client partnerships and driving technology-led growth? We are looking for a commercially driven, technically credible IT Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of medium and large business clients. This is a strategic, relationship-led role focused on customer success, roadmap development and account expansion within a fast-growing Managed Service Provider.
It is about owning relationships, delivering value, and identifying commercial opportunities within an established client base. You will act as a trusted technology advisor to your clients, helping them navigate digital transformation, cloud adoption and cyber security strategy.
- Owning and growing a portfolio of managed services accounts
- Building and presenting detailed technology roadmaps
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT support, cloud and security
- Translating business goals into practical Microsoft and infrastructure solutions
- Working closely with technical and solutions teams to deliver best-in-class service
5+ years’ experience within an MSP or Managed Services environment.
Strong background in IT support, IT services and cyber security.
Proven track record of exceeding account growth targets.
Confident running QBRs and executive-level meetings.
Microsoft 365 | Windows Server | Drive meaningful digital transformation projects.
