Responsibilities
- Inspect and assess housing in disrepair.
- License houses in multiple occupation (HMOs).
- Inspect and license caravan/mobile home sites within the borough.
- Provide coverage for other environmental health roles when required.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Environmental Health Officer, with focus on private sector housing and caravan/mobile home site licensing.
Salary and Terms
- Salary: SO2 (scp 29-32) £39,862 to £42,839 per annum pro rata.
- Job Type: Part Time.
