We have an exciting role on offer within our Resident and Business Support team as a Car Parking Notice Processing Officer.

You will be supporting our Senior Parking Process Officer and Adjudication Officer to provide a Corporate Parking service in line with current legislation and Council policy.

We are looking for someone who has excellent proven written communication skills, in particular, letter writing. Excellent attention to details. Strong time-management skills with a track record of meeting strict delivery schedules.

The ability to work with minimum supervision using own initiative, has experience in Microsoft Packages i.e. Word, Excel and competent in using digital systems. The ability to deal with customers in a calm and responsive manner.

Excellent working relationships with a strong focus on teamwork within a fast-paced environment. Approachable and demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude.

Highly motivated and demonstrates a flexible approach to working hours.

Experience in recovery and processing of penalty charge notices and working within a document management, and workflow management system are desirable but not essential requirements of the role as full training will be provided.
