Key Responsibilities
ERM is seeking a commercially minded, technology and AI leader to define and execute ERM's enterprise AI strategy, driving productivity, service innovation, operational efficiency and new revenue opportunities across the business. Reporting to the ERM enterprise Head of AI, this role will be pivotal in shaping how ERM adopts, scales and governs AI technologies, while identifying opportunities for automation, tooling, digital transformation and new AI-enabled service offerings.
Working closely with business leaders, technology teams and external partners, you will lead the identification, prioritization and delivery of AI and automation initiatives, establish the operating model and governance required for responsible AI adoption, and ensure investments deliver measurable commercial and operational value across ERM.
