ERM are seeking an EIA professional with DCO experience to join our large and diverse Capital Project Delivery team. Offer can be made at Senior, Managing or Principal level depending on experience. You’ll be providing environmental consultancy services to internal and external clients, as well as supervising/leading the work of more junior team members. You’ll coordinate environmental inputs for planning applications ranging from screening and scoping to environmental appraisals and large-scale EIA projects, as well as post planning condition discharge. In this role, you will coordinate or project manage (depending on your career level) complex projects in areas that support the low carbon economic transition including: wind energy, solar, battery storage, electrical transmission and grid connections, hydrogen production, storage, transmission and use, carbon capture and storage, mining, high speed rail and data centres. This role is predominantly focused on onshore projects, but we have extensive offshore activities, and you can expect to gain experience in this area if desired. You’ll navigate projects through licensing and consenting processes including NSIP/DCO, provide strategic advice to clients, and help ensure that projects are delivered to schedule and budget. You will maintain and enhance existing client relationships and will represent the company at client meetings, conferences and events. Why join ERM?
