ERM is looking for an experienced Global Learning Facilitator who thrives at the intersection of virtual facilitation, learning design, and leadership development. This role is central to bringing ERM’s global leadership and career development programs to life—engaging colleagues across regions, cultures, and career stages through high‐impact virtual learning experiences.

What You’ll Bring
Required
- 5+ years of professional facilitation experience, including at least 2 years delivering fully virtual learning
- Proven ability to facilitate audiences at varying levels of seniority, including senior leaders
- Strong experience designing, developing, and adapting leadership and career development content
- Deep understanding of adult‐learning principles and learner engagement techniques
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams and virtual facilitation tools
- Strong facilitation presence, communication, listening, and observation skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to read and respond to virtual group dynamics
- Solid business acumen and curiosity about ERM’s global context
- Strong time‐management skills and experience working across regions and time zones
Valued skills and experience
- Formal facilitation certification (e.g., ATD, ICA, or similar)
- Consulting or professional services experience
- Exposure to learning program operations, coordination, or program management
- Coaching experience or training
