The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in leadership and career development and can confidently facilitate across any subject area, even when not the SME. They must be eager to understand ERM\âs business and strategy and help learners apply concepts to realâworld contexts.**Key Responsibilities**⢠Facilitate highly engaging, fully virtual learning sessions across ERM\âs global programs. ⢠Guide learners through diverse content, including topics outside personal SME areas. ⢠Apply adultâlearning principles, questioning, and groupâmanagement skills. ⢠Create psychologically safe, collaborative environments. ⢠Translate leadership and career concepts into ERMârelevant applications. ⢠Use realâworld examples and analogies linked to ERM\âs strategy and business. ⢠Refresh and update program materials for clarity and relevance. ⢠Collaborate with SMEs, Program Managers, and global partners. ⢠Manage Microsoft Teams confidently and troubleshoot issues live. ⢠Provide constructive feedback to reinforce learning. ⢠Work effectively across time zones with strong selfâmanagement.**Required Qualifications**⢠ICFâcertified (or equivalent) coach, current accreditation required. ⢠3+ years coaching experience (beyond certification hours). ⢠5+ years facilitation experience, including 2+ years virtual. ⢠Expertise in leadership and career development. ⢠Extensive experience with adult learners. ⢠Strong business acumen and eagerness to understand ERM\âs strategy. ⢠Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams. ⢠Strong communication, listening, observation, and feedback skills. ⢠Excellent timeâmanagement and crossâregional collaboration capabilities.**Preferred Qualifications**⢠Formal facilitation certification (ATD, ICA, etc.). ⢠Consulting experience. ⢠Experience in learning program operations or administration. ⢠Experience creating or updating learning content.â ERM is committed to where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive, it\âs an essential part of what makes ERM a great place to build a career and helps us create better solutions for our clients.We welcome talent from all backgrounds and provide equal opportunities for every candidate.
