Working at the intersection of cutting-edge technologies, human wellbeing and global impact, this role presents an opportunity to build, influence and evolve how safety, health and environmental responsibility show up in one of the world's most consequential organisations.

The role will be based at the client corporate offices in London but will span operations across the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and therefore also comes with opportunity for travel (approx. 10-20%). We are flexible on the type of working arrangement for this role, meaning we can consider permanent employees, fixed-term contracts and day-rate contractors.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the EHS operation for the corporate office in London and partnering with teams (EHS, Workplace, Security, Legal, HR and Real Estate) across EMEA to embed EHS into day to day realities.
  • Developing and evolving EHS systems and processes that are pragmatic and proportionate and supportive of the business outcomes.
  • Conducting site inspections, job hazard analyses, and risk assessments while driving corrective actions to closure.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations & applicable standards.
  • Developing and maintaining emergency preparedness programs and supporting emergency response teams.
  • Managing and evolving the global ergonomics program, including assessments, equipment guidance, and risk trending.
  • Supporting incident reporting, investigations, regulatory tracking, and required compliance documentation and metrics.

Who we are looking for

  • Environmental, Health & Safety experience in corporate, tech, or multi-site environments.
  • Experience supporting EHS programs across multiple locations or international operations.
  • Familiarity with international EHS regulations applicable to corporate office environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
  • Agility and ability to adapt and 'think outside the box' to find workable solutions.

If you're excited by the idea of shaping EHS in an organisation that's redefining what's possible — and you want your work to have meaning well beyond compliance — we'd love to hear from you.
