ERM is looking for an experienced Global Learning Facilitator who thrives at the intersection of virtual facilitation, learning design, and leadership development. What You’ll Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of professional facilitation experience, including at least 2 years delivering fully virtual learning
  • Proven ability to facilitate audiences at varying levels of seniority, including senior leaders
  • Strong experience designing, developing, and adapting leadership and career development content
  • Deep understanding of adult‐learning principles and learner engagement techniques
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams and virtual facilitation tools
  • Strong facilitation presence, communication, listening, and observation skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to read and respond to virtual group dynamics
  • Solid business acumen and curiosity about ERM’s global context
  • Strong time‐management skills and experience working across regions and time zones

Valued skills and experience

  • Formal facilitation certification (e.g., ATD, ICA, or similar)
  • Consulting or professional services experience
  • Exposure to learning program operations, coordination, or program management
  • Coaching experience or training
