As our Change Communications Manager, you will help shape how our global workforce navigates this transformation. You will translate complex change into simple, actionable messages that build alignment, confidence, and momentum across ERM.

You will play a central role in helping employees understand and engage with ERM’s evolving business model, specifically the transformation of our Finance team and processes. Working under the strategic direction of the Global Communications Director for Transformation, you will turn plans into clear narratives, ensure consistent messaging across regions, and elevate the visibility and impact of change communications globally.

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • Experience delivering communications for complex, global, or multi‐stakeholder change initiatives.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify technical or complex information.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with minimal oversight, using sound judgement to advise leaders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across time zones.
  • Experience with internal communications channels such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, or similar platforms.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and surfacing risks or opportunities.

Preferred

  • Experience in professional services, transformation programmes, or Finance‐related change.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Poppulo, SharePoint/Minerva, Viva Engage, or similar internal communications systems.
  • Background in advising leaders on communication style, tone, and channel selection.
  • A global mindset with experience tailoring messages for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Change Enablement Support

  • Lead communication planning and delivery for assigned transformation initiative primarily Finance.
  • Strengthen and maintain aligned messaging within and across workstreams.
  • Ensure that transformation messaging is consistent across regions and functions.

Communications Delivery & Content Creation

  • Draft and deliver high‐quality internal communications with minimal oversight.
  • Produce emails, newsletters, Viva Engage posts, SharePoint/Minerva updates, leader briefings, FAQs, and talking points.
  • Tailor messaging for diverse audiences across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Support leaders during key milestones with clear, concise communication materials.
  • Translate programme updates into simple messages employees can easily act on.

Channel Management

  • Partner with the Global Communications team to manage activity across internal channels (e.g., Viva Engage, Poppulo, SharePoint/Minerva).
  • Ensure day‐to‐day content aligns with the transformation narrative and communications standards.
  • Monitor channel performance and recommend improvements based on insights.

Engagement Activities

  • Recommend ways to elevate the impact of engagement moments across the transformation.
  • Own the planning and execution of global and regional engagement events (e.g., town halls, virtual meetings).
  • Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and support follow‐up actions.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on communications performance across available tools.
  • Produce insights that help improve effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance communication approaches.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Finance transformation and other workstreams as needed.
  • Build strong relationships across geographies to gather updates and coordinate messaging.
  • Provide practical communications guidance to leaders and subject‐matter experts.
  • Develop a strong understanding of ERM’s business, strategic priorities, and transformation roadmap to effectively connect communications to our vision and purpose.
