Whilst headquartered in London, our global business has over 200 staff with offices across Europe, the US and Asia.Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Management:Identify new leads within your industry vertical via cold calling, networking and market mappingPitch ERSG’s staffing services to hiring managers/decision makersNegotiate commercial terms of business, including permanent fees and contract margins (depending on your vertical)Manage client accounts Attend industry events and conferences Grow and manage a team of delivery consultants, account managers and 360 consultantsCandidate Sourcing & Delivery:Headhunt niche talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our internal database and referralsScreen candidates to assess their technical ability and compliance Manage the interview lifecycle including prepping candidates, scheduling interviews and delivering feedbackNegotiate job offers and manage any counteroffer scenarios to secure successful placementsBuild talent pools within your specific verticalAbout You:Experience in a recruitment or sales/business development role is desirable A proven history of billing successfully against KPI’sTenacious and resilient, not phased by setbacks and comfortable in high-pressure situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonusProficient in Microsoft OfficeOutgoing and friendly personality"ERSG are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all staff job applicants.
