Shape the Future of Water Technology. Cura Terrae Water is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our key products, including CENTAUR and CWQM kiosks. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our innovation and delivery capability, bridging technical development, commercial objectives, and operational excellence. Your Role
- Define product strategy, lead the full product development lifecycle, and ensure successful transition from concept to commercial deployment.
- Work closely with Technical, Innovation, Production, and Delivery teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and market-leading solutions.
- Lead a small technical team, ensuring product design, documentation, and outputs meet business and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
- Lead end-to-end product development from concept to production handover.
- Define specifications, processes, and documentation.
- Ensure products are scalable, manufacturable, and operationally effective.
- Support transition from innovation to commercial deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Act as key point of contact for product decisions and change management.
