Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you’ll help ensure governance, compliance, health and safety, ESG administration, fleet management, and commercial processes operate effectively and align with wider business objectives. This is an opportunity to take ownership of regional operations, influence how the business runs day to day, and make a meaningful impact within a collaborative and growing organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- You’ll lead and oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and compliant working environment.
- Acting as the senior regional contact for facilities, premises management, and office services, you’ll coordinate meetings, events, and workplace activities while maintaining high front-of-house and visitor standards.
- You’ll manage office assets, maintenance, and lifecycle planning in line with HSEQ and statutory requirements, while monitoring regional compliance performance through systems to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- You’ll play a key role in governance and compliance, supporting audit preparation, documentation control, and evidence collation, while coordinating ESG data and supporting assurance and improvement activities across the business.
- The role also includes regional oversight of the company motor fleet and insurance processes, maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance and risk, and supporting claims and renewals in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- You’ll provide administrative support to employees across the region, coordinating travel, accommodation, onboarding and offboarding activities, and maintaining training and certification records.
- You’ll also guide colleagues on administrative processes and support managers with operational coordination.
- From a commercial perspective, you’ll oversee purchase order processes, procurement coordination, supplier engagement, and expense administration, ensuring financial controls, service delivery standards, and operational efficiency are maintained.
- Working closely with Operations, HSEQ, Finance, and Group teams, you’ll contribute to wider business objectives while also supporting other Cura Terrae Water locations remotely where required.
About You
You’ll have demonstrable experience in a similar operational or administrative role, with a strong understanding of office operations, governance, and business support functions. You’re highly organised, proactive, and confident taking ownership of processes, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
You’re comfortable working with senior stakeholders and providing operational insight, with strong decision‑making skills and the ability to identify improvements, manage risk, and implement effective solutions. You bring a professional, collaborative approach and enjoy supporting colleagues while driving high standards of compliance and service delivery.
Ideally, you will have experience supporting facilities management, governance or compliance activities, fleet or insurance administration, procurement processes, or ESG reporting.
