Lead the Growth of Industrial Water Services in the UK.
Location: Hybrid (UK-based, Sheffield office) with travel to clients across the UK and occasional visits to other Cura Terrae sites.
Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Your Role:
- As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Industrial Water business, through the preparation, submission and conversion of high quality value add proposals.
- You will lead the team to achieve business plan targets, strengthen client relationships, and position Cura Terrae as a market leader.
Qualifications:
- Strategic Growth postgraduate qualification and CPD desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of flow, water quality monitoring, and data acquisition.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and strategic account management.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading and managing teams to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
