Environmental Essentials are a well-established asbestos company with 7 offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for delivering a first class, quality focused service to a number of very high-profile clients. We are looking for a Project Support Administrator to join our Scotland team. The role is responsible for the mobilization of workflow processes; receipt of client orders, scheduling of works, preparation and allocation of job packs, data and liaison with client stakeholders, tenants and building occupiers by phone for real time responses.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the mobilization of workflow processes; receipt of client orders, scheduling of works, preparation and allocation of job packs, data and liaison with client stakeholders, tenants and building occupiers by phone for real time responses.
- Effective utilization of staff to ensure productivity and profitability.
- Liaise with Project Managers with respect to use of portals, technical and skill-set requirements, allocation of both contract and non-contracted works, assist in communication of site methods/scope/requirements.
- Ensure purchase order data is accurate and added promptly.
- Liaise with client directly where orders are unclear, not received or there is conflict in the data provided.
- Monitoring and escalation (where appropriate) of client KPIs.
- Assist site staff when required with day to day work related issues.
- Create effective and positive internal working relationships so that diary and schedule changes and conflicts can be accommodated and resolved quickly and efficiently, jobs are planned and fulfilled to agreed standards/ expectations.
- Respond to queries and requests from the finance team promptly and accurately so that invoicing and cash management process remains efficient.
- Able to process new simple requests that get called / emailed through without direction of a Project Manager for existing and new clients (e.g. Bulk samples).
- Delegated administrative tasks as allocated by your line manager and/or Project Managers.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within an office environment.
- Experience of working on Microsoft Office applications.
- Detailed knowledge of domestic and commercial workstreams and KPIs.
- Effective in both written and verbal communal communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a high volume, varying workload.
- Team Player with can-do attitude able to work autonomously when required.
