Environmental Essentials are a well-established asbestos company with 7 offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for delivering a first class, quality focused service to a number of very high-profile clients. Due to expansion, continued growth and recent major contract wins, we are looking for a Purchase/ Sales Ledger Clerk to join the team.

The Job Role

  • Ensuring accurate posting of Purchase Ledger invoices
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Ensuring accurate Sales Invoicing in line with clients' needs and wants
  • Following documented processes and ensuring works are billed in a timely manner
  • Discussing unbilled work with regional managers to bring completed work to invoicing stage
  • Resolving invoice queries and ensuring timely payment of invoices by clients
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Experience on submitting invoices through client portals
  • Nominal coding and allocations accurately through internal systems
  • Accurate processing of staff credit card submissions

About You

  • Experienced within a Sales and Purchase Ledger role
