Environmental Essentials are a well-established asbestos, water and air hygiene, occupational health, and health and safety company with offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for delivering a first class quality focused service to a number of high profile clients. Due to expansion and continued growth we are looking for Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor to join the team in Oxford.

Job role:

  • Competently undertake technical activities associated with asbestos inspection and testing and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Produce accurate and factual test reports, technical documents, specifications, method statements, plans etc.
  • Ensure that quality control and assurance schemes are completed as required as part of the maintenance of authorisation status and UKAS accreditation.

Required qualifications:

  • BOHS - P402/P403/P404 or RSPH Level 3 in Asbestos Inspection Surveying and Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures or CPQ.

The role is remote covering Oxford and the surrounding areas.

Person specification:

  • Flexible, with a strong work ethic, and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
