Environmental Essentials is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Operations Manager to lead our Water Hygiene Division. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for operational delivery, commercial performance, compliance, and team development across a growing portfolio of public and private sector clients. Based on a hybrid working model, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving service excellence, profitability, and strategic growth.
The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee water's operational and financial performance, ensuring the delivery of compliant water hygiene and treatment services while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the Water Hygiene Division.
- Managing divisional profit and loss performance, budgets, forecasting, and commercial activities.
- Developing strong relationships with key clients and overseeing contract performance.
- Leading, developing, and mentoring operational teams including managers, supervisors, and engineers.
