We\’re looking for a kind, compassionate, and resilient Support Worker to join our Young People Service in Bracknell.

Support Workers will assist customers in developing life skills to meet their assessed needs, including providing physical, domestic, emotional, and social care where necessary. They will promote social inclusion and support independent living, encouraging customers to maximize their skills and choices.
All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK; we are unable to offer sponsorship.
What You\’ll Do
- Deliver support to help customers develop independent living skills, including personal and physical care as appropriate.
- Support customers with domestic tasks to ensure high-quality accommodation.
- Participate in support planning and risk management with the lead Support Worker.
- Carry out security duties to ensure safety.
- Monitor CCTV during shifts.
- Support customers in utilizing community facilities.

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or experience in charity/social care sector.
