Business Systems Administrator

Join our IT team as a Business Systems Administrator at Environmental Dynamics International, Asia HQ.

Location: Head Office, Islington. Compensation: £37,500 per annum, 35 hours per week.

About the Role

The Business Systems Administrator (FTC) will support key business systems, handling application support tickets, routine maintenance, advisory duties and system administration. You will be the first point of contact and work with a team to resolve issues and collaborate with second‑line specialists. The role is fixed‑term 12 months, potentially extendable by 6 months, and may be hybrid.

Essential Qualifications

• Hands‑on system administration experience with at least one Housing Management System
• History of supporting multiple business systems
• Self‑starter with strong initiative
• Well organised, methodical, and good problem‑solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and success orientation
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
• Experience with issue resolution

Desirable

• Experience in a sector aligned to not‑for‑profit or care services
• Experience with Civica Cx Housing Management System
• CRM workflow solutions experience
• Software testing experience (test script creation, UAT)
