About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely from anywhere within the UK. Key Objectives

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insightful solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various sources.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Create clear and concise reports, visualizations, and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Identify key metrics and develop KPIs to measure business performance.
  • Work closely with IT and business units to implement data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging data analysis tools and techniques.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing priorities effectively.
