About The Role
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the business’s growth by supporting the delivery of impactful marketing events alongside other marketing activities. As leaders in our field, we deliver a dynamic events program for farmers, landowners, ecologists, and developers across England - building strong brand awareness and lead generation. Working alongside our in-house marketing department and sales, land and ecology teams, you’ll help ensure seamless management throughout the event cycle, from planning and promotion to on-the-day execution and post-event analysis. You will also be required to support general marketing activities across multiple channels, including print and digital, as well as social media, offering an incredible opportunity to hone your marketing skills. We seek a highly organised marketing executive with genuine enthusiasm for events to join our dynamic in-house team in this vital and emergent sector.
Responsibilities
- Venue finding and bookings
- Event promotion, including contact sourcing, data management, social media and website updates
- On-the-day running of events, including managing speakers, delegates, catering and technical aspects such as AV, filming and photography
- Administrative tasks such as calendar management, communication and budgets
- Responsible for collating data for monthly marketing board reports
- This role will require significant travel

Requirements
Essential
- At least 1 years' experience in a marketing or event role
- Full UK driver's license required
- Ability to travel to events across England
- Excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PPT and Excel
Desirable
- Marketing education preferred
- Experience with HubSpot/CRM and project management software
- Strong willingness to learn new skills
