We re seeking passionate graduate engineers to join our MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation) teams. As part of our team, you ll help reduce flood risks, protect communities, and contribute to our pioneering goal of achieving carbon net-zero by 2030. Your Development Journey

Our Graduate Scheme is a 4-5 year, structured program tailored to help you become an Incorporated or Chartered Engineer through the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE). Here s what you ll experience:

  • Hands-On Experience : With internal and external placements, you ll dive into every aspect of our work, from asset management to design, planning to site supervision.
  • Guided Learning : Under the mentorship of experienced engineers, you ll develop technical and professional skills that set you up for success in your career.
  • Personalized Pathway : Each placement is designed to match your individual growth goals, building a foundation to become a future leader in your field.

During the program, you ll spend 3 to 12 months in various roles, gaining insights into real challenges, building essential experience, and making your mark on projects that matter.
