Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Team Leaders and Senior Environment Officers within the Land and Water teams.
- Responding to enquiries within statutory deadlines.
- Managing team mailboxes, records, and retention schedules.
- Maintaining accurate and current filing systems.
- Assisting in compiling enforcement case files.
- Reviewing and analyzing data.
- Supporting debt recovery efforts by collating information using internal systems.
- Handling procurement requests for equipment and supplies.
- Processing simple permit and planning applications.
- Supporting the in-hours Incident Duty Roster and duty desk.
