We are a well-established UK property services company, seeking a Drainage Coordinator to work remotely from South Africa, with confidence, speed, and compliance. You will play a pivotal role within the Drainage Division at Environ Property Services, based in Fulham, London, UK. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the coordinator ensures the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, and project delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, and project delivery in support of the Drainage team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, surveyors, drainage engineers, labourers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain high standards of communication, operational efficiency, and project documentation.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience and support the company’s reputation for excellence.
  • Manage incoming client inquiries and convert them into scheduled surveys and works.
  • Book and coordinate drainage surveys, ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients.
  • Liaise closely with tradesmen to ensure they are briefed for all jobs and reports are completed accurately.
  • Manage job bookings and tracking systems.
  • Track and follow up on quotes, manage approvals, and convert successful quotations into scheduled works.
  • Coordinate drainage works projects - confirm tradesmen availability, order materials, arrange access, and manage project progress through to completion.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients, ensuring expectations are managed and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Maintain up-to-date job records and documentation in Podio.
  • Track profit margins, issue invoices, and follow up on payments in line with company terms.
  • Act as the key communication point for all parties involved in drainage - including clients, internal staff, subcontractors, tradesmen, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures for financial accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Highlight where issues are and ensure drainage jobs are running smoothly.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum of 3 years proven background / experience in scheduling of works, coordinating and project administration within the property maintenance services, construction or facilities management industries.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in drainage or plumbing works coordination and good knowledge of drainage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing job bookings and tracking systems.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable using CRM or project management platforms.
  • Excellent diary management skills and must be adaptable.
  • Excellent English communication skills and exceptional customer service skills essential.
  • Own reliable laptop in good working condition, and a professional remote setup with stable internet are required for this role.
  • Remote work experience essential.
