We are looking for an experienced Roofer to join our skilled trades team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of roofing works across high-end residential and commercial properties in London, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and excellent client service. Minimum Requirements:
- Must reside within 1-hour travel from Fulham, SW London area.
- At least 3–5 years’ roofing experience (residential and/or commercial).
- Strong knowledge of both pitched (slate, tile) and flat roofing systems (felt, asphalt, liquid, GRP, EPDM).
- Experience in roofline systems (fascias, soffits, guttering).
- Reactive roofing, problem solving and ensuring properties are left watertight.
- Level 2 NVQ in roofing preferred.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Experience in leadwork and heritage roofing.
- Ability to work at height, in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work on their own as well as part of a team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and install various roofing systems (pitched and flat roofs).
- Identify and fix leaks, damaged tiles/slates, flashing, gutters, and roofline systems.
- Carry out roofing works to high standards of finish, complying with health and safety regulations.
- Work on scaffolding, ladders, and other access equipment safely.
- Accurately complete job reports and communicate progress/issues to the office.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.
- Ensure sites are left tidy and secure after works are completed.
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent EPS values (Communication, Integrity, Humility, Respect).
