Pest Control Foot Technician in London

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control Foot Technician to join our pest management team. This role involves providing pest control services on foot within assigned areas such as apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centres, and other multi-unit facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, safety, and environmental responsibility. As a Pest Control Foot Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and comfort of our clients by effectively managing pest populations.

• Must reside within 1 hour travel from Fulham, London SW.
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in pest control is essential.
• BPCA Level 2 qualification is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and physical ability to perform the job.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good physical condition: ability to walk long distances, climb stairs, bend, kneel etc.
• Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong attendance record.

• Conduct thorough inspections and surveys in buildings and residential properties for pest activity, while traveling between service locations on foot.
• Craft detailed reports and advise clients on treatments and costs.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions.
• Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilise technical knowledge to prevent future infestations.
• Travel across London to provide on-site pest control solutions.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments using safe and environmentally friendly methods.
• Use portable equipment (e.g., backpack sprayers, handheld applicators) to perform treatments efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, or building managers to explain services and provide pest prevention advice.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service at all times.
• Ensure all pest control activities are performed in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor pest activity and recommend follow-up services when necessary.
• Report any unusual pest activity or client concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in safe working order.
