Environ Property Services is seeking an experienced, highly organised and results-driven Property Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Maintenance: Damp, Roofing and Restoration divisions.
This is more than a scheduling position. It's an opportunity to lead a department, improve how a business operates and develop towards an Operations Manager role.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee our Maintenance Coordination team, ensuring efficient scheduling of surveyors, tradespeople and subcontractors, effective job management, and the successful delivery of maintenance and repair works.
This is a hands-on operational leadership role, not simply an administrative or scheduling position.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience coordinating property maintenance works who can confidently manage people, drive accountability, resolve operational challenges and improve departmental performance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must reside within approximately 1 hour's commuting distance of Fulham, London (SW6 4HH).
- Minimum 5 years' experience scheduling, planning and coordinating property maintenance / repairs work within the property maintenance or construction industry.
- Experience scheduling roofing, damp or property restoration work, with a good understanding / technical knowledge of at least two of these three trades.
- Proven leadership experience, supervising coordinators, planners, schedulers or maintenance operations teams and taking responsibility for a busy planning or coordination function.
- Strong understanding of tradespeople, surveyors, subcontractors, job sequencing, scheduling and site appointments.
- Exceptional diary management skills, with the ability to manage multiple jobs, teams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong technical understanding of property maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving and client management skills.
- Confidence using scheduling software, job management systems and digital reporting tools.
