Responsibilities
- Design, test and oversee electrical system installations that meet health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Support projects focused on environmental sustainability and efficiency across water and wastewater initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Travel to site assessments and project implementation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in electrical engineering, specifically within the water and wastewater sectors is advantageous.
- Profound understanding of electrical system design and installation, including controls and instrumentation.
- Ability to create and interpret detailed electrical schematics and layout drawings.
- Familiarity with engineering software such as Auto CAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards including NEC, UL, CSA, and IEEE.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with clients.
- Willingness to travel for site assessments and project implementation as needed.
