Are you an Experienced Service Engineer in Water Treatment? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to join us at Envirogen, a well-respected water technologies company, where you will play a pivotal role in giving our customers the best in class quality service, focusing on the Industrial market, by providing on-site corrective/preventive maintenance for customer’s water treatment equipment, including equipment, emergency response etc.
As part of this role you will also be required to complete risk assessments, work reports, activity reports and other documentation. You will be expected to go on the 'On Call Rota' once fully trained.

Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex system issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance activities to minimize system downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions.
- Assist with equipment installations and commissioning activities.
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Industrial Water Treatment equipment servicing.
- Be hands-on with installation, repair, modification work which includes various pipe work formats, electrical control systems (PLC literate basic) installed across Industrial, Food & Beverage and Health Care sectors.
- Able to understand electrical, mechanical and P&ID drawings.
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to stay organised whilst multi-tasking.
