Enviro Clean is seeking an experienced and motivated Road Sweeper Operator to join our growing team.

Operating across the Central Belt of Scotland, you will be responsible for carrying out road sweeping and cleaning operations on a variety of client sites, including construction sites, industrial facilities, commercial premises, and existing contracted projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking to join a company with opportunities to develop across multiple service areas.

  • Safely operate road sweeping vehicles across a range of locations and environments.
  • Carry out daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
  • Complete scheduled sweeping works on roads, construction sites, commercial and industrial premises.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete relevant paperwork.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
  • Represent Enviro Clean professionally when working on customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Have previous experience operating a road sweeper or similar plant machinery.
  • Hold a valid driving licence (appropriate licence categories required).
  • Be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Have a strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
  • Be flexible and willing to support other Enviro Clean divisions when required.
  • Have flexibility to accommodate shift patterns as and when required.
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
