You will own retention and expansion of existing accounts, win new business across facilities management, insurance, emergency services, residential and commercial sectors, and guide the tender process.
You will act as the CRM expert, shaping the pipeline, coordinating responses, and ensuring client issues are resolved quickly while reporting to the Global CEO.
