Lead Electrician

*Overview* We’re seeking a qualified Electrician to join our specialist team installing air source heat pumps across Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire . This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about renewable technologies and wants to play a hands-on role in the UK’s transition to clean heating. You’ll work alongside plumbing and heating engineers to install and commission energy-efficient heat pump systems in domestic and light commercial properties. *Duties* * Electrical installation and commissioning of air source heat pump systems * Wiring of control systems, immersion heaters, distribution boards, and sensors * Completing electrical testing and certification (EICs/EICRs) * Ensuring full compliance with IET Wiring Regulations (BS7671) * Working with the wider team to deliver high-quality installations on time * Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults *Qualifications* * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Full UK Driving Licence * Strong understanding of safe electrical working practices * Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude * Inspection and Testing 2391/2 or equivalent * Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role is essential.
