The EV Logistics Coordinator will support efficient scheduling and coordination of our Field Service Engineers (FSE’S) for commissioning, reactive and preventative maintenance services for electric vehicle (EV) charge points. This role will be integral to ensuring optimal uptime, effective resource allocation, and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Essential: Proven experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations planning.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team liaison.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with scheduling or CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities.
