The Assistant Bid Writer will support the creation of high-quality formal bids and tenders, including contributing to Expressions of Interest, Requests for Information, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, and Invitations to Tender. You will assist in producing accurate and timely bid submissions by gathering information from internal teams, helping to structure content, and ensuring responses are clear, engaging, and compliant with client requirements. Requirements
- Essential:
- Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Desirable:
- Some exposure to bid writing, proposal writing, or similar administrative/communications roles.
