Job Requirements

  • Build strong relationships quickly and influence with confidence.

  • Can balance a human‑centric approach with a commercial mindset, ensuring people strategy drives business success.

What we’re looking for

  • CIPD Associate level, degree in HR/Business, or relevant experience in a People‑related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment that can sometimes be a little ambiguous.
  • Ability to influence, problem‑solve, and manage sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Champion employee experience through fair, consistent, and proactive support.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and support on the full people experience lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, through performance management and exit.
  • Lead talent initiatives, developing and delivering long‑term talent strategies to ensure we have the right people in the right roles at the right time.
  • Guide performance management and coach managers for success.
  • Drive change and support organisational transitions.
