Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.

- Manage site logistics, including the delivery and storage of materials.

Qualifications, Competencies & Professional Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- SMSTS, EUSR SHEA POWER or valid CSCS card.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or equivalent certification.
- UKPIA Emergency First Aid at Work.
