The predicted salary is between 39000 - 52000 Β£ per year.
The Electrical Supervisor will take responsibility for overseeing the installation, inspection, and testing of electrical systems across the UK. You will be a competent electrician with a keen eye for detail, a team player, and someone who strives for excellence in all areas of work. You will oversee projects to ensure all electrical installations are fully compliant with BS7671, maintaining high standards throughout. You will ensure works are delivered on time and within budget, while upholding an excellent customer experience throughout project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers to plan and deploy resources for electrical installation works.
- Manage the daily planners for Electrical Installers.
- Produce take-off sheets from designs and procure all relevant electrical installation materials.
- Ensure all installations are compliant with BS7671, using your expertise alongside company systems and processes to manage quality.
- Compile, review, and challenge site-specific RAMS and Programmes of Work.
- Carry out Health & Safety Audits and Toolbox Talks with installers on site.
- Prepare, review, and sign off electrical installation certificates in line with NICEIC or equivalent standards.
- Assist Project Managers in compiling all required handover documentation for each project.
- Any other reasonable request aligned with this role as directed by the Operations Manager.
Essential
- Proven experience in electrical supervision and leading a team.
- Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical installations.
- C&G L3 Electrotechnical Qualification
- C&G BS7671:2018 Wiring Regulations
- C&G 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection and Testing
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- JIB/CSCS Card
- Strong leadership and management skills
Desirable
- SSSTSAP Low Voltage
- Experience with EV charging systems (advantageous but not essential)
