The predicted salary is between 34000 - 45000 Β£ per year.
The EV Installer will take responsibility for the electrical installation of our EV Charge Points, primarily covering London and the surrounding areas, but may involve support for other EV installations across the UK.
You will be a competent electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications, Competencies & Professional Experience:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification or Approved Apprenticeship
- 1-3 Years of Commercial/Industrial Experience
- C&G BS7671: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK Driving Licence
- JIB/CSCS Gold Card
- Experience with DC chargers ranging from 50kW upwards of 400kW
- C&G 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection and Testing
- SSSTS
- C&G 2919 (or equivalent) Electric Vehicle Charging
Role Responsibilities:
- Install electric vehicle charging stations.
- Follow work instructions, electrical designs, cable calculations, and installation guides for proper installation of EV chargers from various manufacturers.
- Liaise with the Supervisor and provide updates relevant to the EV charge point installations on their projects.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe working conditions.
- Work to site-specific Programmes of Work.
- Complete NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates using the NICEIC online portal on a tablet device.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Prepare and submit reports on work performed, including any issues encountered and resolutions implemented.
- Work closely with project managers, electricians, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed and share best practices.
